In the market there haven't been many Thai food concepts that can be simplified, scalable, and bridging what the cuisine has to offer or share with the universal audience.
We know that the cuisine can be complex. With taste palettes very full of flavors, vibrant colors, and at various times a long list of procedures sometimes many patrons can be hard to achieve.
We look forward to targeting the Millennial audience as our customer target. With online preferences of foodies or people who have food interests, enjoy trying new things to engage with online. As they both share our qualities and what we value to deliver.
Other than our research on Google trends of menus to approach, here’s our data on the market.
We came up with a solution that scales down ingredients and cooking procedures. A refined menu that still gives flavourful and uniqueness of the cuisine.
A brand concept that fits with the universal audience. A name with a low learning curve. ‘Chuck’ from Chicken. And ‘Roll’ from our menu dishes.
Using patterns and brandable queues inspired from the city's urbanization.
Our menus and concepts are highly inspired from Thai and Asian dishes. We’d like to retain the full flavors of the cuisine, and always something to chew or munch on. Accompanied by our specialty dips and sauces that goes very well with our mains and appetizers.
We differentiate ourselves in the market providing quality and convenience to our customers. Being a fast casual dark kitchen concept of Asian-Thai cuisine and comfort food. Having menus fit for various occasions whether it’s dining alone, in office catering, or bundling with friends and family. Along with our specialty gift with a positive message for post purchase experience that makes our brand memorable.
We look forward to marketing our menus and making them available on Third party food delivery applications such as Door dash to kick start our sales. Further delivery parties are welcome as we test and see through our operations.

Along with lots of visual and content marketing through our social channels and platform. We targeted our contents to be part of the ‘foodie’ community. To share with people who have interests in food, trying new places to eat, or even cooking new recipes.
We’d like to give ourselves transparency towards using a dark kitchen model. Showing our customers where their food is being cooked. And even help promote our dark kitchen partners as they’re part of our business.
